Our client are a leading global technology organisation with an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Director to join the team.
About The Company:
Our client are a leading technology organisation, providing a range of software and digital solutions including HCM systems and IT managed services. They are a global organisation with offices across the globe, achieving over £100M in sales last year.
The business is looking to drive significant growth over the next 3-5 years, focusing on expanding their product portfolio and presence across the globe. As a result, the business is looking to secure new external investment to help achieve this growth.
Interim Finance Director – The Role:
Due to their strategic growth plans, they are looking to bring on board a Finance Director with significant experience in taking organisations through fundraising activities. The role will work closely with the CEO in delivering their corporate fundraising strategy, meet and liaise with potential investors alongside involvement with financial modelling.
Interim Finance Director – Key Responsibilities:
-Devise, develop and deliver their corporate fundraising strategy to secure new investment
-Provide support and guidance from a finance perspective on all their M&A activity
-Manage key relationships, both internal and external, for the organisation including with the board and investors
-Draft, review and complete all financial documentation
Interim Finance Director – You:
-Min. 10 years’ experience in a senior financial role within a global organisation
-Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
-Prior experience of developing and leading an organisation through an investment/fundraising transaction or strategy
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
