Executive Headhunters recently completed an assignment with this well known bank  for a Consumer Credit Lawyer with in depth knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act.

The client had previously tried direct advertising and also recruitment agencies without success.

A detailed profiling and headhunting exercise within the financial sector as well as within private practice firms identified 3 candidates for interview and the client made an appointment.

This was an excellent example of a headhunting exercise where the the area of expertise required was very specific and the number of candidates was known to be limited, meaning a very thorough, accountable approach was required.
